Kulu is a messaging technology and managed services company that plans, launches and runs customer messaging programs for software platforms and enterprises.
You get a working messaging program and the people accountable for it, without building a messaging team of your own.
We help you decide which programs to offer first, who they serve and how to roll them out to your customers.
Our team runs deliverability, carrier relations and registrations day to day, and fixes issues at the source.
We vet every partner, review campaigns before launch, enforce consent and opt-out standards and monitor traffic continuously.
We help you package and price messaging as a paid feature, and build programs that move bookings, payments and other numbers your customers track.
Bring us in for the whole program or only the parts you need. Every option, platform alone included, runs under our vetting and review.
From first plan to daily operations.
Integrations, workflows and features built around your product and the systems you already run.
We fit the portal, onboarding and customer-facing screens to your product so messaging feels native to it.
We work directly with carriers and aggregators on vetting questions, traffic issues and their feedback, and act on what they flag.
We track throughput, delivery rates and carrier feedback, and when traffic is filtered we fix the consent or content issue behind it.
We prepare and maintain registrations only for brands and campaigns that meet carrier and industry compliance standards, and keep every filing accurate.
Scheduled reviews of delivery, opt-out and response data, ending in specific changes to make next.
The platform underneath every program.
Send and receive messages through one API your engineers can wire into your product.
All three sender types, provisioned and managed from one place.

Customer accounts on your portal
Your logo, colors and domain on the portal your customers log into.
Give each customer their own account, numbers, users and limits, each vetted and registered before it sends.
Delivery, volume and opt-out data by customer, campaign and number.
Set your own rates and bill each customer for what they send.
Delivery receipts and inbound replies pushed to your systems as they happen.
The same platform our team uses to run your program.
Every engagement follows the same four stages, so you always know what happens next and who owns it.
1
We learn your business and what your customers need to send, and vet your company and use cases before any work begins.
2
We design the program: sender types, consent flows, registrations, integrations and the brand experience your customers see.
3
Once your program clears our review, we file registrations, provision numbers, connect your systems and take it live.
4
We monitor traffic continuously, enforce industry compliance standards, act on carrier feedback and tune programs as they grow.
If your customers already run their client relationships through you, messaging the people who've opted in is a natural service to add.
Reminders and two-way conversations that live inside the record your customers already work from.
Hi Sam, it's Priya from Copperleaf. Still good for our 3 PM call?
Messaging steps built into the journeys and campaigns your customers already run.
Juniper & Co: Spring sale starts now, 20% off through Sunday. Reply STOP to opt out.
Agents resolve tickets by message, from the same queue they use for everything else.
Brightpath: Ticket 4471 is resolved. Reply 1 if that fixed it, 2 if not.
Reminders, dispatch alerts and payment notices built for the industry you serve.
Pinecrest HVAC: Your technician is 15 minutes away and will text when parked.
Messaging your own customers directly? We plan and run in-house programs too. Tell us what you need
Carriers, aggregators and the people receiving every message depend on senders acting responsibly. These are the standards we hold every program to, and we enforce them ourselves.
Our Acceptable Use Policy sets out what we allow and what we turn away.
We review every partner and every sending brand before onboarding, and turn away high-risk content and third-party lead generation.
We file only for brands we've vetted and campaigns we've reviewed, with accurate use case, sample message and opt-in details, and keep them current.
We require documented opt-in for every program, check it before launch and never allow purchased or shared lists. STOP and HELP work on every number.
We review every campaign against the CTIA Messaging Principles and carrier codes of conduct before launch, and again whenever it changes.
We monitor traffic continuously for complaints, opt-out spikes, carrier flags and misuse, pause senders who fall short, and tightly control access to accounts and data.
We've done this before
We've built close working relationships with carriers and aggregators, and we act on their feedback without delay.
We know what carriers filter and why, and we build every program to reach the people who asked to hear from it.
We know what reviewers look for in brand and campaign submissions, and we file them accurately and keep them current.
Tell us about your customers and what you're planning. We'll set up a call to talk through strategy, launch, pricing and how we vet new partners.
